Heute setzen wir ambitionierte Ziele, für einen klimafreundlichen LKW-Verkehr in Europa. Der Markt hat sich längst für die Elektromobilität entschieden, die Frage ist, ob die LKWs der Zukunft noch hier gebaut werden. Mit einer proaktiven Politik können wir den Automobilstandort Europa erhalten.

Auch der groteske E-Fuel-Traum ist ausgeträumt, gut so! Die fossile Lobby torpediert damit die Modernisierung und riskiert, dass Europa weiter zurückfällt im Rennen um die zukünftigen Produktionsstandort. Mit diesem Quatsch gefährden sie Arbeitsplätze in Europa.

Today we are setting ambitious goals for a climate-friendly trucking industry in Europe. The market has already chosen electric mobility, the question is whether the trucks of the future will still be built here. With a proactive policy, we can keep Europe as a hub for automotive innovation.

The e-fuel fantasy is dead and buried, and good riddance! The fossil fuel lobby is sinking the ship of modernization and risking Europe to drown in the race for future production sites. They are playing with fire and burning jobs in Europe with this nonsense.
